Every organisation big or small need super hero's. But do we identify them or even know that we have them in our office or in our neighborhood? What we look for as inspiration or motivation is someone who steps out in his fancy car with expensive accessories and talks lucid and mesmerising mannerisms. But what i realised is that even though these larger than life figures do impress us but the impact is minimal. Impact is not made by extraordinary talent doing ordinary things but when we see a regular guy with more than regular circumstances in personal life works with great dedication he or she moves forward keeps the smile going and faces life in general with dignity and strength,which may not sound extraordinary at first but it is indeed nothing less than a super heroism. Being yourself and being proud of what you have achieved is an important part of being great tommorow. I respect this tribe of superheroes we see through everyday and don't recognize. Advit Dixit Tri
