                    Team is Steam    In other words,Right People on the bus. Any business is all about people whether it is customers or employees or investors. Most businesses start because they solve certain problem or found an innovation that is so powerful that it disrupts existing way of doing things and some businesses start because there is huge demand for it and so on and so forth. Somehow as kids and later on as students of our respective subjects, we are terrified of committing mistakes and confronting their results.
