Team is Steam

                    Team is Steam
   In other words,Right People on the bus.
Any business is all about people whether it is customers or employees or investors.
Most businesses start because they solve certain problem or found an innovation that is so powerful that it disrupts existing way of doing things and some businesses start because there is huge demand for it and so on and so forth.
The ‘Why’ is important –but ‘who’ is also equally important if not more, in my opinion ‘Who’ is more important than ‘why’, basically ‘why’ is extrinsic it depends on lot of vectors which are beyond control and may change with time or situation. But if you have right people on the bus, the right team, then ‘why’ may change or alter or evolve or dissolve but the team makes any ‘why’ you choose possible.
Let’s take an example -Apple built PC because of Steve wozniak, it sold and became apple because of Steve jobs but as time changed “why “changed but same team of brilliant apple engineers and developer, sold music, disrupted music industry by I tunes, made I pod and disrupted biggies like Sony Walkman and Philips, same apple made phone that was smart, made blackberry and nokia non existential,  apple made watch that was smart, same apple made things that had different “why” every time.
“Why “  you are making the product or service, you are making ,may change but “who” does it will determine will you cease to exist after the “why” is  served or you keep evolving with new challenges and new “why’s” to conquer.
Team is like steam in a good old steam engine, it is not about the direction you go if you have right amount of steam, you can choose any direction you love to go and there you go. The steam is not bought, it is created by having right people with right approach and vision and then boiled to a point of ultimate human capacity to excel and there you get the right steam to drive even the largest barge that ever existed or make a super-fast locomotive or a great turbine.
Getting right people on the bus will make your journey to excellence and success much more fascinating and successful than any other single factor can.
Team is the Steam, destination may change, passengers many part, even the locomotive may change but if you have the ‘Steam of team’ you will accelerate come what may.

    How to create a steam? Human beings,while bonding together as team, need comfort,identity, appriciation along with salary that helps them relieve from family responsibilities.
