Black out social media

We are lost in social media and one way or the other,we do realize that we are neglecting the real people we face everyday or even loose the chance to meet a stranger who might become a good friend later. We are so immersed it social media that we have some how got addicted.

I am personally confessing  that,i am addicted in many ways, we feel that the,a idle moment with our self or with loved once is a waste of time and we do miss that moment where we need not have to talk or do anything else but to be with ourself or with the loved once.

I am practicing the black out few times in a day where i purposefully try not to be online and on social media.

It does help a lot if you are working on social media as a profession or for your business sake. The Social Media Blackout must be there how ever small it may be but we need it.

I did it yesterday when i was for dinner with my wife as well as i do it regularly through out the day.

Be it a 30 minutes black out just turn off the internet and keep the mobile as far as possible and get engaged in a task you other wise had avoided or forgotten due to social media addiction.

It also helps when you are on social media, after the black out you become more aware of yourself and about others.

At the end social media is all about what we are and what we do in real life, isn't it?

Amoeba OS

Amoeba  OS( Organizational Structure) Many Startups, small and midsize companies who have founder as its driving force are battling a problem called organizational Structure (OS) and system within the company. One can never be sure that what is more important? OS and system or founders way of doing things. Both have their own limitations. Whenever I am confused about anything about life or business I make it a point to find answer through life itself, the very nature we are the part of has solutions for everything, that is because nature has gone through  billions of years of evolutionary process finding most effective and effortless way of reaching the evolutionary pinnacle. When I first came to know about amoeba I was fascinated by its ingestion technique i.e the way it grabs the food. Whenever any food particle comes anywhere near amoeba that part of its body becomes its mouth & it engulfs it. By the way Amoeba was the first unicellular organism that performe...

Many a times you hear a CEO or Chairmen of a tech company say we are one big large family. They go for retreats, play ,party, click photos hugging and kissing each other. Then once this large happy family comes back to office and are busy in their routine where this family feeling disappears and certain under current of supremacy ,promotion, appreciation seeking, better pay, faster rise in the ranks, lesser real family time, and finally shifting job for better pay, designation and better family.(Pseudo Family) Massive researches are done on making company culture, huge budgets are spent for it, lot of incentives are showered but still there is no equilibrium in the HR.Why so? Because it is  HR- Human resource, and if you and your board look at humans as resource then how can they be family? this is a biggest CON of the Corporate...
