20*40 hoarding printing, transport, mounting and removing costs anywhere between 15 to 20 Rs per sqft per exercise, say you do this exercise 3 times in a year (only). The total Cost to company (CTC) is 42000/- INR. This is not rent just the printing, mounting etc.

Do we spend this much amount on our website every year?

And do we think, there might some more value to it if we flag an interesting concept with our web asset as we do elsewhere?

Why not try to play a little bit of your hoarding Printing and mounting budget say, of just one hoarding of the many , you have and use it to create web asset that may last for more than year? Can we not use this web asset in a creative way with the help of few influencers to create traffic on it for specific reason and time, giving you something more than just branding, you get engagement.

Major benefit – The rental you save by giving up one hoarding.

Major Gain –Very few are focusing on the web assets, you get the best of the internet traffic.

Disclaimer- Hoardings are important; I have only used hoarding as an example to put it in a perspective to make sure we look at the web assets in a different light. Long live the hoardings.

Amoeba OS

Amoeba  OS( Organizational Structure) Many Startups, small and midsize companies who have founder as its driving force are battling a problem called organizational Structure (OS) and system within the company. One can never be sure that what is more important? OS and system or founders way of doing things. Both have their own limitations. Whenever I am confused about anything about life or business I make it a point to find answer through life itself, the very nature we are the part of has solutions for everything, that is because nature has gone through  billions of years of evolutionary process finding most effective and effortless way of reaching the evolutionary pinnacle. Whenever any food particle comes anywhere near amoeba that part of its body becomes its mouth & it engulfs it. By the way Amoeba was the first unicellular organism that performed all lif

Zappos and the Unexpected Pizza Delivery! - customer obsession at its best.

Zappos and the Unexpected Pizza Delivery Zappos, the online shoe retailer, is well known for its customer-obsessed culture, but one story stands out as the perfect example of going above and beyond. A woman visiting Las Vegas with friends stayed at a hotel but was unable to order a late-night pizza after the hotel's room service had closed. As a joke, one of her friends suggested she call Zappos, knowing how famous they were for their customer service, even though Zappos obviously didn't sell pizza. She called Zappos, explained her situation, and instead of brushing her off or apologizing, the Zappos customer service agent took the time to find nearby pizza places that were open late, then placed an order on her behalf. This story spread far and wide, exemplifying how Zappos didn’t just aim to fulfill shoe orders; their customer service team was genuinely focused on solving whatever problem the customer had, regardless of what it was. It showed that Zappos' customer obses
