6 steps to begin social media marketing.

The best way to start with social media marketing for your business or profession is with a clean slate and no baggage.

1.Once you are determined to make social media your premier source of communication with your customers,you should first start with visiting lot of websites,facebook pages and all other social media of companies or professional same as you or your product.Let them be big or small, bad or good dont judge or copy anyone but looking and understanding will give you some idea of how things are what you can do better or even inculcate in your social media strategy.

2.Next step is write down what exactly you want to achieve in the next one year with respect to your product or company or service.
Do want more followers or want to brand or want downloads or want sales or want more content to be viral and shared.
What exactly you intend.

3.Next is what kind of content you will create to fulfill above goal for this year.
Content is key to this and creating content is a job in itself but it is must and you need to be involved and also keep on learning about it.

4.Once you are able to create content you must test your content with different sub demographs.
Also you need to call people who responded and get feed back what exactly they thought and what more can be done.

5.Paid promotion helps but its better done only when you have good quality content.Paid promotion budget should be calculated with your goal in mind and must have some algorithm which made you reach that figure. Once you have figered out budget next natural step is to asses the reach of that budget and wheather it is enough for your goal.
If not,create a better content that will sell it self and get shared more and is worth sharing.

6.Finally analytics is too important every end of the day you must sit and analyse all the data that you recieve from your post. Draw inferences check your assumsion and change accordingly with the results you got.
Dont be stubborn with your plan be flexible to do whats needed and loved by the online customers.

So with above 6 steps you must be able begin on a better and stronger path to become a succesfull social media marketer.
