Good time Bad time

Good time;Bad time

Time is a very fascinating concept many tried to define time and many have been successful too.
Time is what you think of , there is no future there is no past exist any where.
Only thing that exit is now.Rest is just a record of all NOW's put together.
For a startup stand point what is a good time and bad time to do business?
We hear about recession, bad environment for business, bad policy bad market condition and so on and so forth.

How should we react to these words. Just as any other word. For a startup we do not exist because of the business and market condition. We exist because we want to and the customers want us to .

Only thing we can do is and only thing that matter anyways is excessive focus on the customer satisfaction and fulfilling customers needs, wants and dreams. There no bad time no good time. If you are the best to your customer you have a good time if you are average to your customer you have a bad time. Recession and bad markets never exist in customers psyche  it only exist in economist and market analyst books.
Extensively focusing on our service or product eliminates all other unnecessary belief systems which does not matter.

Take for example real estate market is busted, what should i do as real estate developer?
Only possible thing is to understand the current need of the customer and design the product according to those specific need and specific volumes. Understanding end consumer is the magic mantra for all the recession phobia.

Making a clear and uncomplicated plan of action and solving real life problem which suits the customers need is the only possible way whether it is a good time or bad.
one more thing we should have a organisational mind set setting fixed on bad time mode. Even if your industry is booming and even not working works we cannot go with that flow because it will end in the fall.

Our mind should be ever recession mind set or ever excessive focus on customer(ECF)
 need mode.

so friend lets begin with the excessive customer focus(ECF) and end with even more excessive customer focus.

What is Customer Obsession ?

Customer Obsession is a business philosophy and strategy where the company places the needs, desires, and satisfaction of customers at the absolute core of its decision-making processes. Key Elements of Customer Obsession: Deep Customer Understanding : Customer-obsessed companies prioritize gaining a deep understanding of their customers’ preferences, pain points, and behaviors. This insight often comes from continuous data collection, feedback loops, and engagement with customers to ensure products and services evolve with customer needs. Customer-Centric Decision Making : In a customer-obsessed organization, all decisions—whether related to product development, marketing, or operations—are driven by ho

Amoeba OS

Amoeba  OS( Organizational Structure) Many Startups, small and midsize companies who have founder as its driving force are battling a problem called organizational Structure (OS) and system within the company. One can never be sure that what is more important? OS and system or founders way of doing things. Both have their own limitations. Whenever I am confused about anything about life or business I make it a point to find answer through life itself, the very nature we are the part of has solutions for everything, that is because nature has gone through  billions of years of evolutionary process finding most effective and effortless way of reaching the evolutionary pinnacle. When I first came to know about amoeba I was fascinated by its ingestion technique i.e the way it grabs the food. Whenever any food particle comes anywhere near amoeba that part of its body becomes its mouth & it engulfs it. By the way Amoeba was the first unicellular organism that performed all lif

Zappos and the Unexpected Pizza Delivery! - customer obsession at its best.

Zappos and the Unexpected Pizza Delivery Zappos, the online shoe retailer, is well known for its customer-obsessed culture, but one story stands out as the perfect example of going above and beyond. A woman visiting Las Vegas with friends stayed at a hotel but was unable to order a late-night pizza after the hotel's room service had closed. As a joke, one of her friends suggested she call Zappos, knowing how famous they were for their customer service, even though Zappos obviously didn't sell pizza. She called Zappos, explained her situation, and instead of brushing her off or apologizing, the Zappos customer service agent took the time to find nearby pizza places that were open late, then placed an order on her behalf. This story spread far and wide, exemplifying how Zappos didn’t just aim to fulfill shoe orders; their customer service team was genuinely focused on solving whatever problem the customer had, regardless of what it was. It showed that Zappos' customer obses
