Now many businesses have realized that customers are loosing patience and don't want to face hassle of standing in line or waiting, when they are traveling ,holidaying or on business tour.Hotels,Airlines,Restaurants,Amusement parks, Events and many such occasions where you might have to face huge waiting and customers feel wasted.For any business frustrated customer is not a good sign.
Thats where BYOD -"Bring Your Own Device" comes in to play.
Now all the time consuming and mandatory procedures could be completed by the customer while he or she is entering your place or before that and just has to verify if needed and skip the queue. And once every one start doing that, huge amount of time and energy will be saved. Also this leads to fast and positive decision making on part of your business and sales.
Many customer may not be BYOD ready,then you can keep few devises at the venue of registration or reception to make sure they can take their time and comfortably make the needful in the comfort of the couch and not standing in the queues.

BYOD is rapidly growing in western world where all new trends kind of pick up, now this particular trend is not just a trend but a necessity once we book on, book my show or make my trip or any other platform we don't want to go back and stand in line. And same is true for all the hospitality and travel industry.
Airlines,hotels,casinos,discos, pubs, sports arena, exhibition, big retails, and every where you can imagine a queue to get in or out can be avoided by BYOD and  of-course  apps for  it.
Now time  has come to go from general platform to business specific platform specially made for your and your customers need.
Customer centric apps and and BYOD way of doing business is the new way to give best possible customer satisfaction and service.
Imagine you are going for the event in sports complex and your device does all the prerequisites and you just take 15 secs to go through the security to enter the arena and find your seat in no time instead of spending two hours for all this is a brand new way of doing things.
